Ingredients
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups Jasmine rice, cooked
3 green onions, sliced
Directions
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat each shrimp in flour, dip in egg, and then cover with breadcrumbs.
