Beef Kofta with Tzatziki and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp grated onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup grated cucumber (squeezed dry)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped dill
Directions
- Mix kofta ingredients. Form into oval-shaped logs and thread onto skewers.
- Grill or broil 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Combine tzatziki ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve kofta with tzatziki and sliced cucumbers or a simple salad.
Notes
- Use metal skewers or soak wooden ones for 30 minutes before grilling.
