Big Mac-Inspired Burger Bowl

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup chopped pickles
¼ cup diced red onion
½ cup sugar-free Thousand Island or “Big Mac” sauce (see tip)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- In bowls, layer lettuce, ground beef, cheddar, pickles, and onion.
- Drizzle each bowl with about 2 tbsp of sauce.
Notes
- Make your own sauce with mayo, sugar-free ketchup, mustard, relish, and a dash of vinegar. Great warm or cold.
