Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional) 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, and mustard. Let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center. Add cheese on top.
- Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve with ketchup or dipping sauce!
