Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional) 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, and mustard. Let cool slightly.
  • Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center. Add cheese on top.
  • Fold the dough around the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve with ketchup or dipping sauce!
