Cheesy Corned Beef Hash Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups cooked corned beef, chopped
3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
½ cup heavy cream
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
¼ cup green onions, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix corned beef, hash browns, cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, onion powder, and pepper.
- Spread evenly in the dish and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden.
- Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
