Cheesy Corned Beef Hash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked corned beef, chopped

  • 3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix corned beef, hash browns, cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, onion powder, and pepper.
  • Spread evenly in the dish and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden.
  • Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
