Chicken Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers or panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in chicken and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
- Spread into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over casserole.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
