Chicken Cornbread Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup frozen corn (or mixed vegetables)
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 box cornbread mix (like Jiffy)
Ingredients listed on cornbread box (usually egg and milk)
Directions
- Stir together soup, milk, onion powder, salt, pepper, chicken, and corn.
- Pour into a greased 9×13-inch dish.
- Prepare cornbread batter per box instructions and spread over the chicken mixture.
- Bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes until cornbread is golden and cooked through.
