Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 cup frozen corn (or mixed vegetables)

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 box cornbread mix (like Jiffy)

  • Ingredients listed on cornbread box (usually egg and milk)

Directions

  • Stir together soup, milk, onion powder, salt, pepper, chicken, and corn.
  • Pour into a greased 9×13-inch dish.
  • Prepare cornbread batter per box instructions and spread over the chicken mixture.
  • Bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes until cornbread is golden and cooked through.
