Chicken Taco Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup salsa
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
1 cup crushed tortilla chips (plus extra for topping)
Optional: sliced olives, green onions, jalapeños
Directions
- Mix soup, sour cream, milk, salsa, and spices in a large bowl.
- Stir in chicken, 1 cup cheese, and crushed chips.
- Spread into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and extra chips.
- Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes.
- Add optional toppings before serving.
