Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen Swedish-style meatballs

  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon allspice

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

  • Add frozen Swedish meatballs to the slow cooker.
  • Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and allspice.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  • Stir in the cornstarch slurry and let cook for an additional 10 minutes until thickened.
  • Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes and garnish with fresh parsley.
