Classic Swedish Meatball

Ingredients
1 lb frozen Swedish-style meatballs
2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon allspice
2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
- Add frozen Swedish meatballs to the slow cooker.
- Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and allspice.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Stir in the cornstarch slurry and let cook for an additional 10 minutes until thickened.
- Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes and garnish with fresh parsley.
