Cranberry Apple Chutney

Ingredients
2 cups fresh cranberries
2 medium apples, diced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, apples, sugar, water, ginger, and cinnamon.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 15–20 minutes until thickened.
- Let cool before serving — it will thicken more as it cools.
