Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries

  • 2 medium apples, diced

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  • In a saucepan, combine cranberries, apples, sugar, water, ginger, and cinnamon.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 15–20 minutes until thickened.
  • Let cool before serving — it will thicken more as it cools.
