Ingredients
1/2 cup canned coconut milk (full-fat)
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine coconut milk, sriracha, lime juice, honey, and soy sauce.
- Add minced garlic and ground ginger, stirring well.
- Simmer gently for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before drizzling over your rice bowl.
