Crockpot Greek Chicken Pitas with Tzatziki

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Pita bread, for serving
Toppings: sliced cucumber, tomato, red onion, feta
Tzatziki sauce, for serving
Directions
- Mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place chicken in the slow cooker and pour marinade over top.
- Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Shred or slice chicken and serve in pita bread with toppings and tzatziki.
