Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, juice reserved
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Directions
- Place the pork chops in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix the reserved pineapple juice, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the pork chops.
- Add the pineapple chunks on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender.
- If you want a thicker sauce, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and stir it into the crockpot during the last 20 minutes of cooking.
