Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 can coconut milk
3 cups gluten-free pasta, cooked
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add mushrooms, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until tender.
- Stir in coconut milk and mix well.
- Combine with cooked pasta in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
