2 pounds beef stew meat
1 cup beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 ounces mushrooms
1 package egg noodles

Directions
- Begin by chopping the onion and slicing the mushrooms. Set your slow cooker on a low setting.
- Add the beef stew meat to the slow cooker. Ensure all pieces are spread evenly at the bottom.
