Ingredients
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 medium zucchini, spiralized
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
- Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic, sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add zucchini noodles and toss just until warmed through (1–2 minutes—don’t overcook).
- Return steak to skillet, toss everything together, and garnish with parsley if using.
