Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 medium zucchini, spiralized

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

  • Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic, sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add zucchini noodles and toss just until warmed through (1–2 minutes—don’t overcook).
  • Return steak to skillet, toss everything together, and garnish with parsley if using.
