Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen meatballs

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

  • Place meatballs in the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  • Pour sauce over the meatballs and stir to coat.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  • Serve over rice, noodles, or as a party appetizer.
