Instant Pot Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
12 oz elbow macaroni
3 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup frozen peas (optional)
1/2 cup milk or half-and-half
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Add elbow macaroni, broth, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
- Secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes. Quick release the pressure.
- Stir in tuna, peas (if using), and milk. Mix until warmed through.
- Add shredded cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken before serving
