Ingredients

  • 12 oz elbow macaroni

  • 3 cups chicken broth

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained and flaked

  • 1 cup frozen peas (optional)

  • 1/2 cup milk or half-and-half

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Add elbow macaroni, broth, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
  • Secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes. Quick release the pressure.
  • Stir in tuna, peas (if using), and milk. Mix until warmed through.
  • Add shredded cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken before serving
