Keto Beef and Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients
1 ½ lbs ground beef
1 small head green cabbage, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup tomato sauce (no sugar added)
2 cups shredded mozzarella
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, cook beef with onion and garlic. Stir in cabbage and tomato sauce. Cook 5–7 minutes until cabbage softens.
- Spread mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until hot and lightly browned on top.
