Ingredients
3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups steamed broccoli florets
Directions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Prepare the Creamy Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing, softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Mix the Main Ingredients: Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken, steamed broccoli, half of the crumbled bacon, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated with the creamy mixture.
- Assemble the Casserole: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle the rest of the crumbled bacon on top.
- Bake and Serve: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly. Let the casserole cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
