  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 1 bell pepper, diced

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup cauliflower rice (optional, ensure it is well-drained)

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (optional, for added flavor)

  • Fresh cilantro and sour cream for topping

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
