Keto Greek Beef Casserole

Ingredients
1 ½ lbs ground beef
1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
½ cup chopped kalamata olives
1 tsp dried oregano
1 cup crumbled feta
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir in spinach and olives.
- Spread into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and feta.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and golden on top.
