Keto Moroccan-Spiced Beef Cauliflower Bake

Ingredients
1 ½ lbs ground beef
3 cups riced cauliflower
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp turmeric
Salt and pepper
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or goat cheese
Optional: chopped parsley or paprika for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with spices, salt, and pepper until browned. Stir in cauliflower and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Spread into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and top with cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Garnish with parsley or paprika if desired.
