Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef

  • 3 cups riced cauliflower

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp turmeric

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or goat cheese

  • Optional: chopped parsley or paprika for garnish

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef with spices, salt, and pepper until browned. Stir in cauliflower and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  • Spread into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and top with cheese.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Garnish with parsley or paprika if desired.
