Keto Mushroom Swiss Beef Bake

Ingredients
1 ½ lbs ground beef
1 ½ cups sliced mushrooms
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
¾ cup sour cream
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Salt and pepper
Optional: chopped chives for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef with mushrooms, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until beef is browned and veggies are soft.
- Stir in sour cream and half of the Swiss cheese.
- Spread into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden. Garnish with chives if using.
