Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef

  • 3 small zucchinis, chopped

  • 1 cup no-sugar-added marinara sauce

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef with zucchini until beef is browned and zucchini is slightly softened, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and top with mozzarella.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
