Ingredients
1 ½ lbs ground beef
3 small zucchinis, chopped
1 cup no-sugar-added marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef with zucchini until beef is browned and zucchini is slightly softened, about 5–7 minutes.
- Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and top with mozzarella.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
