Maple Roasted Carrot Fries with Spiced Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
1 lb carrots, cut into sticks
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup plain yogurt (or dairy-free)
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss carrots with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast 20–25 minutes until caramelized.
- Mix yogurt with cumin and paprika for dipping.
