Ingredients

  • 3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

  • 4 tbsp melted butter

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Fold in shredded rotisserie chicken and cheddar cheese.
  • Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
