Million Dollar Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
4 tbsp melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Fold in shredded rotisserie chicken and cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
