Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon taco seasoning (no added sugar)
½ cup water
6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 avocado, diced
½ cup salsa
¼ cup sour cream
Optional: sliced jalapeños, black olives
Directions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes until thickened.
- In a large bowl or individual bowls, layer lettuce, taco meat, cheese, avocado, salsa, and sour cream.
- Add optional toppings if using, and serve immediately.
