Ingredients
2 pounds beef stew meat
1 cup beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 ounces mushrooms
1 package egg noodles

Directions
- Begin by chopping the onion and slicing the mushrooms. Set your slow cooker on a low setting.
- Add the beef stew meat to the slow cooker. Ensure all pieces are spread evenly at the bottom.
- Combine the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Mix well until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the beef in the slow cooker. Stir in the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms.
- Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours or until beef is tender. Stir occasionally as needed.
- About 15 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles as per package instructions until al dente.
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and flour. Pour this mixture into the slow cooker.
- Stir well and allow to cook for another 15 minutes to thicken. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the beef stroganoff over the prepared egg noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
