Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken meatballs (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  • Place chicken meatballs in the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, mix Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Pour over meatballs.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  • Stir in mozzarella cheese 10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
