Ingredients

  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning

  • ½ cup water

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup diced tomatoes

  • ¼ cup sliced black olives

  • ¼ cup diced green onions

  • Sour cream and salsa for serving

Directions

  • Bake tater tots according to package directions until crispy.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Arrange cooked tater tots on a baking sheet. Top with taco meat and cheese.
  • Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
  • Sprinkle with tomatoes, olives, and green onions. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
