Ingredients
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp taco seasoning
½ cup water
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup sliced black olives
¼ cup diced green onions
Sour cream and salsa for serving
Directions
- Bake tater tots according to package directions until crispy.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Arrange cooked tater tots on a baking sheet. Top with taco meat and cheese.
- Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
- Sprinkle with tomatoes, olives, and green onions. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
