Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen meatballs

  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce

  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  • Add frozen meatballs to the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Pour over meatballs.
  • Add pineapple chunks and stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  • Serve over steamed rice or as an appetizer.
