Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
½ small onion, finely diced
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon sugar-free ketchup
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional toppings: diced pickles, chopped tomatoes, green onions
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top and cover with a lid. Let sit for 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve hot with optional toppings.
