Ingredients
1 ½ lbs cooked chicken (grilled or shredded)
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 avocados, diced
4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup ranch dressing (sugar-free)
¼ cup chopped green onion (optional)
Directions
- Divide lettuce among 4 bowls.
- Top with chicken, crumbled bacon, avocado, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Drizzle each bowl with ranch dressing before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Great cold or warm.
