Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup cooked, crumbled bacon

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Butter or nonstick spray, for greasing

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease 6 cups of a standard muffin tin with butter or nonstick spray.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheese and bacon.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the eggs are set and slightly puffed.
  • Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing.
