Ingredients
1 can pink or red salmon, drained and flaked
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk or cream (optional, for fluffier eggs)
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup green onions or chives, chopped
1/4 cup shredded cheddar or feta cheese (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk (if using), salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Heat butter or olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in the egg mixture and cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
