Ingredients
2 cups sushi rice, cooked and seasoned with rice vinegar
1 cucumber, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 pound imitation crab meat, shredded
Soy sauce for drizzling
Nori strips for garnish
Pickled ginger and wasabi, for serving
Directions
- Divide cooked sushi rice among bowls.
- Arrange cucumber, avocado, and crab meat on top of the rice.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and garnish with nori strips.
- Serve with pickled ginger and wasabi on the side.
