Sear steak slices with fajita seasoning and serve with bell peppers and onions over rice, topped with cheese and guacamole.

Ingredients
1 pound steak (such as flank or skirt), thinly sliced
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Guacamole and sour cream for topping
Directions
- Marinate steak slices in lime juice and fajita seasoning for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak until desired doneness is achieved.
- Remove steak and add bell peppers and onion to the same skillet, cooking until they are soft.
- Serve steak and vegetables over rice, and sprinkle with cheese. Top with guacamole and sour cream if desired.
