Ingredients
1 can salmon, drained and flaked
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for gluten-free)
2 tbsp Buffalo sauce
1 green onion, chopped
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, Buffalo sauce, green onion, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form into 4 patties and refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
- Drizzle with extra Buffalo sauce before serving.
Notes
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip and a side of celery & carrots.
