Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon, drained and flaked

  • 1 egg

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for gluten-free)

  • 2 tbsp Buffalo sauce

  • 1 green onion, chopped

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix together salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, Buffalo sauce, green onion, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Form into 4 patties and refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
  • Drizzle with extra Buffalo sauce before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip and a side of celery & carrots.
