Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes

  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)

  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

  • 12 wooden skewers (8–10 inch)

Directions

  • On each skewer, thread a tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball. Repeat the pattern 2–3 times, ending with a tomato.
  • Arrange the finished skewers on a serving platter.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
