Ingredients
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
1 bunch fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
12 wooden skewers (8–10 inch)
Directions
- On each skewer, thread a tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball. Repeat the pattern 2–3 times, ending with a tomato.
- Arrange the finished skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
