Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 oz goat cheese
1 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Sauté onion in olive oil until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
- Cut puff pastry into small squares and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Top with caramelized onions, goat cheese, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
