Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 cups cooked white rice

  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots (or mixed vegetables)

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Mix soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Stir in chicken, rice, vegetables, and 3/4 cup cheese.
  • Pour into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
