Cheesy Chicken & Rice Bake

Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups cooked white rice
1 cup frozen peas and carrots (or mixed vegetables)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Mix soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Stir in chicken, rice, vegetables, and 3/4 cup cheese.
- Pour into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
