Cheesy Stuffing-Stuffed Mushrooms take two classic holiday favorites and mash them into one crowd-pleasing appetizer. You get the savory flavor of Thanksgiving stuffing with the creamy, cheesy filling baked right into a tender mushroom cap.
These are one of my favorite easy appetizer recipes to bring to potlucks. They look fancy, but they’re made with simple ingredients and bake up fast. The stuffing adds texture and flavor, and the cheese pulls everything together.
If you’ve been searching for Thanksgiving stuffed mushrooms or stuffing stuffed mushrooms with a twist, this is a perfect side dish or starter.
