
Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Breast with Mayo Coating

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- Spread a thin layer of mayo over each chicken breast.
- In a bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Press the chicken into the mixture to coat evenly.
- Place in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
