Chicken Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or thawed frozen)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked white rice
1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
- In a bowl, combine soup, sour cream, milk, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in chicken, broccoli, rice, and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
- Spread into a greased 9×13-inch dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Mix crackers and butter; sprinkle over top.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until bubbly.
