Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

  • cups cooked pasta, such as rotini or egg noodles

  • 6 slices deli ham, chopped

  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (or Swiss + Gruyère blend)

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • Optional: fresh parsley or thyme for garnish

Directions

  • Set oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix chicken, pasta, ham, 1 1/2 cups cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread mixture in the dish and top with remaining cheese.
  • Combine breadcrumbs and melted butter, then sprinkle over the top.
  • Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  • Rest a few minutes, then garnish with herbs if desired.
