Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
cups cooked pasta, such as rotini or egg noodles
6 slices deli ham, chopped
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (or Swiss + Gruyère blend)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Optional: fresh parsley or thyme for garnish
Directions
- Set oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, pasta, ham, 1 1/2 cups cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture in the dish and top with remaining cheese.
