Chicken Grilled Cheese Spaghetti Cups

Ingredients
8 oz spaghetti
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
4 slices bread (white or wheat)
4 tbsp butter, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked and shredded chicken breast
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Prep Work: Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a muffin tin. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions, then drain and toss with olive oil.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, marinara sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, and shredded chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Form Cups: Divide the spaghetti and chicken mixture evenly into the muffin tin, pressing down slightly to form nests.
