  • 8 oz spaghetti

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup marinara sauce

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 4 slices bread (white or wheat)

  • 4 tbsp butter, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken breast

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Prep Work: Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a muffin tin. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions, then drain and toss with olive oil.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, marinara sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, and shredded chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Form Cups: Divide the spaghetti and chicken mixture evenly into the muffin tin, pressing down slightly to form nests.
