  • ½ tsp curry powder

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (for sauce)

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 2 –3 tbsp water (to thin sauce)
