Instructions
- In a small jar, whisk or shake together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- In a salad bowl, combine greens, apple slices, cranberries, pecans, and goat cheese (if using).
- Drizzle with maple vinaigrette and toss gently.
