  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ¼ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

  • Shape the patties – Form the mixture into 6–8 patties, about ½-inch thick.
  • Cook – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve – Enjoy warm with tartar sauce, lemon wedges, or over a simple salad.
